EMPOWERING SURVIVORS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING TO ACHIEVE ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE THROUGH SUSTAINABLE CAREERS.
Did you know that 70% of Human Trafficking survivors do not have a stable income and fall under the poverty line within two years of escape? Typically, after a survivor finds an exit from Human Trafficking, they are initially provided with a recovery program. However, what happens once the survivor has finished their programs and is ready to begin living independently?
Survivors of human trafficking face significant challenges in achieving financial stability, often struggling with employment gaps, lack of formal education, or a criminal record—barriers that are direct consequences of their trafficking experiences. Without access to sustainable career opportunities, many are left vulnerable to poverty and even re-exploitation.
Queens Arise bridges this gap offering survivors education, mentorship, and professional tools they need to build lasting, independent careers.
Comprehensive Career Training
Queens Arise offers three career tracks designed to equip survivors with the skills and certifications necessary to thrive in today’s workforce:
- The Digital Marketing & Media Buying track provides training in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pay-Per-Call strategies, and more, offering certification opportunities to support career advancement.
- The Social Media Management track helps survivors master platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite, preparing participants to become social media experts.
- The Telecommunications: Customer Service & Inside Sales track introduces survivors to the world of customer service and sales.
Real Impact, Real Careers
Graduates of Queens Arise have gone on to secure full-time roles in digital marketing, social media management, and telecommunications. Some work directly with our program and our call center, while others have launched careers with industry-leading companies.
Our vision for the future extends even further—by partnering with recovery programs, we aim to establish micro call centers within their facilities, creating immediate job opportunities for survivors as they transition into the workforce.
Queens Arise isn’t just about training—it’s about transformation. By equipping survivors with the skills, confidence, and support they need, we empower them to reclaim their futures and achieve long-term economic independence.
